From the analysis of two empirical cases - rural tourism in Roteiro Caminhos de Pedra and Feira do Pequeno Produtor de Passo Fundo / RS – it discusses the construction and dynamics of these markets, applying the framework of nested markets and their relationship with institutionalist approaches, especially with regard to the New Institutional Economics of Elinor Oström.
