In order to limit the risks of digital divides and inequalities, the accessibility of websites, online services and other mobile applications is becoming a determining issue, for which some normative, regulatory, technical and educational tools exist. Nevertheless, in the implementation of digital accessibility, which can be understood as an instrument of mediation, there are still many reservations, misunderstandings and difficulties.
