Opsomming Die doel van die studie was om ‘n skaal van werknemer-bemagtiging vir organisasie-transformasiedoeleindes te konstrueer en te evalueer. ‘n Werknemer-bemagtigingsvraelys, bestaande uit 90 items is ontwikkel en toegepas op 164 respondente in ‘n plaaslike owerheid.
