The authors of the paper discuss certain, i.e. the most dangerous forms of organized crime which are present in Serbia as well as in the entire international community. Also, in order to make investigations and prosecutions easier, it is necessary to develop cooperation. Information exchange, as well as exchange of intelligence and evidence collecting data is a prerequisite for improving safety. Timely access to the relevant and objective information is a key element for successful detection, prevention and proving criminal offenses.
