In the last years the Society known as the Information Society has evolved until now being called the Society of the Knowledge due to the great speed of social and technological change and to the great availability of information. Having the most information and organizing it in the best possible way is indispensable for the Guidance professionals to do their job successfully. The Information Communication Technologies (ICT) help those involved in Guidance to improve their potentialities to offer an adapted service to the present necessities. The use of the ICT by Counsellors and their suitable professional competence make possible and improve the communicative actions of the Services of Guidance as well as contact between the counseling institutions and other existing similar services in the corresponding sociogeografic demarcation. The ICT favours the technological development and social and cultural progress and can also serve as a platform to the activity of the Guidance professionals to improve their competences, to offer quality services adapted to the formatives and professional needs of counselling actions
