The Information Communication Technologies (ICT) help those involved in Guidance to improve their potentialities to offer an adapted service to the present necessities. The use of the ICT by Counsellors and their suitable professional competence make possible and improve the communicative actions of the Services of Guidance as well as contact between the counseling institutions and other existing similar services in the corresponding sociogeografic demarcation.
