It also poses the problem of choosing the type of method to be developed in order to produce, with partner organizations, a reflection on what autonomy can mean in constrained and emotionally determined organizational contexts. It refers to a research program (in information and communication sciences and philosophy) based on the experience of a serious game called Be Human in the Chaos ©, which aims to bring participants, through a practice that privileges body movement and improvisation, to question the role played by affects in the origin and meaning of their action.http://journals.openedition.org/rfsic/4068autonomymodernityemotionsorganizationimprovisationserious game |
