Twenty years later, in 1992, the “cultural landscapes” are added to this list of sites. However, in France, from the Beauquier law of April 21, 1906 organizing the protection of sites and natural monuments of artistic character, to the Act of July 7, 2016 known as LCAP law, the consideration of cultural landscapes is old and developed much from the perspective of protecting historic sites in their environment, or creating preserved natural areas.http://journals.openedition.org/nda/4605landscapeheritagehistoryprotectionmanagement.
