Children and junior domestic competitions are of a low quality, which is reflected in the quality of international performances. In this context, raising the quality of training by increasing the coaches' professional level becomes a mandatory requirement. The use of modeling as a training method fits into this context of continuous improvement of the training process and responds to the requirements of increasing sports performance.http://www.fefsoradea.ro/Fascicula_Educatie_Fizica_si_Sport/2018/6.FEFS_2018_Feflea.pdfbasketballeffortmodelmodelingduration of the game
