In the course of the work, it was revealed that the motivation of the entrepreneurial sector in funding scientific research of educational and scientific institutions should come to the fore. It has been substantiated that it is precisely the close interaction of business, educational and government structures that is the key to increasing investment and innovation activity in the region.
