Therefore, the problem of targeted assistance by a psychologist for preprofile preparation process in school is certainly relevant to the implementation of the young people informed choice of their future profession. Our program of psychosocial assistance to the students for choosing of their profession includes theoretical, diagnostic and training units. The article presents the results of testing and evaluating of the effectiveness of career-oriented block of the training program for students of 9th classes.
