This case report describes a 34-year-old patient with dystrophic form of EB, who required urgent surgical intervention due to arterial bleeding in the groin region. A detailed description of preoperative assessment, anaesthetic implications (monitoring, airway maintenance, general anaesthesia) as well as postoperative analgesia are discussed bellow.http://vestnik.szd.si/index.php/ZdravVest/article/view/798
