ORGANIZATION AND RENDERING OF HTMC (HIGH-TECH MEDICAL CARE) IN REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN WITH CONGENITAL CATARACTS AT THE REGIONAL LEVEL

The retrospective analysis of effectiveness of surgical tech medical aid (HTMC) for rehabilitation of children with congenital cataracts (CC). HTMC was carried out in the complex of conservative treatment of deprivation of amblyopia. HTMC was a regional division of the Federal specialized ophthalmologic institutions – «The academician S. N. Fyodorov IRTC «Eye microsurgery» Krasnodar branch.Conclusions: мinimally invasive removal CC with IOL implantation in the capsular bag, flexible IOL makes it possible to remove CC with six months, improves the conditions of treatment of amblyopia and increases the percentage of getting a good view, post-operative response is minimal. The frequency of occurrence of fibrosis back capsules allows to consider capsulectomy as the second stage of surgical treatment of CC.
