There are facts on perspective cultivars and forms fruits biochemical composition, which distinguish by pectin substances high content (quince oblong and japanese flowering quince ), vitamin С (cornel cherry and japanese flowering quince), flavonolics, katechines (quince oblong and cornel cherry).
