What follows is a review of Potet’s book and a translation of the chapter on the bamboos of Paris.
Lumabas kamakailan lamang ang isang kumprehensibong aklat hinggil sa sistema ng pagsusulat na baybayin ng Pranses na linggwista na si Jean-Paul Potet. Ang isa sa mga pinakainteresanteng tsapter nito ay naglalaman ng isang transkripsiyon at pagsusuri ng mga inskripsiyong baybayin na nakaukit sa mga kawayan na kasalukuyang nasa pangangalaga ng Musée du Quai Branly, Paris kung saan ang bago nilang mga numerong imbentaryo ay 71- 1932-11-13 hanggang -20. Ang sumusunod ay isang rebyu ng aklat ni Potet at pagsasalin ng tsapter hinggil sa mga kawayan ng Paris.
