Description
Summary:To gain autonomy, the role expected from teachers is in the implementation of professional action related to their internal and external responsibility. In the stage of implementation, teachers autonomy can be observed when the learning process is in action by noting the Activeness, Creativity, Efficiency, and Enjoyment (PAKEM). The PAKEM pattern on the teaching-learning process is principally an effort to comprehensively and optimally manage the potential of students in class. All the physical and mental potentials of the students need to be considered in the teachers plan, action, and evaluation of the learning process.
