Summary: | The problem under study is contextualized in the continuing challenges that must be assumed in organizations. That is why managers should be prepared to face and solve problems, have certain powers to bring about change and innovation. In this sense, this article aims: To determine the characteristics for innovative management HR professional from the perspective of university graduates teaching in this discipline. The study theoretical basis related to the topic addressed. The research is descriptive, applying a questionnaire to 14 teachers and highlights the conclusion that the provision and use of relevant technologies, solving problems effectively, making appropriate decisions, through openness and flexibility towards new ideas, the supply of equipment multidisciplinary, and provide better quality of service; are significant features contributing to the development of innovative management.
