ResearchofmonetaryandbanksinthehistoricalofVietnam,wenoticedthatthemajorityofpeopleinVietnamarefarmerswhichhavethehabitofestimatingthevalueofproductswith“rice”.Sale,paymentandexchangewasthroughthisconnection.SotheFrenchestablishedandorganizedtomakeVietnamesepeoplechangethewaytheythought,workedandexchangedpaymenttothelanguageofmoneywhichestablishedastructurecenteredaroundbanksandtheonly“Indochinabank”.Especially,overthreetimesofmoneyissuedinVietnamhadformedthemonetarysystemthatweremarkedashistoricaleventsforthebeginningofeconomicdevelopment,andaccessedtoWesterncivilization
