Among them are the following: “Political science and real politics”, “Reforms and reformers: Hopes and illusions”. It is concluded that Burlatsky formulated the original typology of political advisers based on historical material and his personal experience as an advisor, consultant of the CPSU Central Committee. The following types of advisers were singled out: 1) adviser-thinker, 2) adviser-prophet and 3) adviser-intriguer.
