His autobiographical fiction novel, Just Ten (2006), tells the life of an Uruguayan family who lives the reunion of three generations, grandmother, daughter and granddaughter, and each one perceives reality according to their life experiences. Andrea visits her maternal family in Montevideo where she lived for three years and then exiled with her mother to Sweden to live a life freed from the pain of the past. The opposition memory vs. oblivion articulates the point of view of all the characters.
