She has received her master’s degree at Humboldt-University of Berlin in 2009 with a master thesis: „Spanien kämpft für uns – Die Bedeutung des Spanischen Bürgerkriegs für die deutsche Linke im Exil 1936-1939“ [Spain is fighting for us – the significance of the Spanish Civil War for the German left in exile].
