This article aims to characterize the entrepreneurial behavior of undergraduates from all faculties in Konrad Lorenz University, through an internationally approved tool to diagnose the Entrepreneur Profile, known as CCE or Entrepreneur Behavioral Characteristics in the scientific context of entrepreneurship, and designed by the United Nations through the EMPRETEC program for research and promotion of entrepreneurship. This research follows the theoretical constructs originally developed by McClelland, about motivational factors and his theory of needs, which have been linked directly to entrepreneurial behavior by the author as he developed his research with business people from different sectors as study subjects. The methodology characterizes the behavior of entrepreneurs by assessing 10 factors associated with the need for achievement, affiliation and power. Results: Students show an emphasis towards achievement as a priority in their higher education. http://publicaciones.konradlorenz.edu.co/index.php/SumaDeNegocios/article/view/1099Undertakingenterprising profileEntrepreneur BehaviorMotivation
