The best “educational toolkit” in this process would be to include specialized electronic educational resources – programs designed to optimize the work with the voice, to improve the effectiveness of the training of pop singer. The article focuses on classifying these kinds of educational resources, describing their functions and selection criteria. Methodical requirements for the preparation of a pop singer with the use of electronic educational resources are formulated, taking into account their pedagogical potential and the basic professional characteristics of learning variety singing. The functions performed in the educational process by electronic educational resources, which may be used as a kind of reference material in the practice of learning variety singing, are systematic.
