In fact, it means, that teachers should have an integral formation in that specific area he is working with and also, requires formation in areas such as: teaching methodology, and assessment learning process. However, it is a fact that many professionals who work as teacher have lack of formation the teaching area. For that reason, Venezuelan college has devised a mechanism that allows filling up the lack of formation in the teaching area.
