CARBON DIOXIDE HEAT PUMP IN TRANSCRITICAL CYCLE FOR INSTALLATION FOR PASTEURIZATION AND COOLING OF DAIRY FOODS
There are elaborated schemes of installations for pasteurization and cooling of dairy foods with heat pumps introduced in there schemes. Schemes distinguish oneself by the possibility of using of additional useful heat for getting hot water for technological purposes.
