Hepatocellular carcinoma in a non‐cirrhotic liver with a tumor thrombus

Abstract Young adults with HCC tend to have a poor prognosis because of advanced disease despite preserved liver function. Screening and early diagnosis for HCC are needed for young adults to demonstrate an improved prognosis, especially in HBsAg positive patients.
