In the second part, this approach is linked to the post-structuralist and neo-institutionalist perspectives, based on the contributions that both can make to the analysis. Third, we present the central aspects of the political analysis of educational legal texts approach, emphasizing its potential as a theoretical and methodological tool for research in educational policies.
