The objective is to identify both the abilities and competences that allowed them to enter the labour market and the effect this social and labour training has had on them. Additionally, the article retrieves their evaluations about including young people with disabilitiesinto their companies, identifying the benefits and difficultiesthis process has offered to them.Generally speaking, a positive evaluation of the inclusion of workers with intellectual disabilities in their companies was observed among employers. They all believe these workers have the skills to perform in their jobs adequately, while also maintaining positive social relations with the rest of the people in their companies.https://revistaterapiaocupacional.uchile.cl/index.php/RTO/article/view/46379
