Summary:The present study, based on human development in a context of diversity and inclusion and framed in concepts of social responsibility, describes the perceptions about the quality of life and the well-being of the families of the Confamilias solidarias de Manizales program, and of teachers of the Fundación Telefónica program in Neiva. The study is of a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional type. The collection instruments used were the survey and the focus group.
