Description
Summary:SUMMARY: Single-cell analysis of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes obtained before and after preoperative therapy reflects the dynamic interplay of the tumor and immune system during treatment. Here, we present a protocol to implement single-cell analysis of tumor-infiltrating B cells, which were isolated from paired human breast cancers before and after neo-adjuvant chemotherapy. This protocol also facilitates isolation and single-cell analysis of other tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes. For complete information on the generation and use of this protocol, please refer to Lu et al.
