Description
Summary:The aim of this paper is to assess the most important area of long-term archivation using the multi-criteria analysis. This approach point out the section that should be put the most effort in during the design stage. The outline of the work covers basic prerequisites for the service level agreement conditions. Later on it continues with the service level agreement demands and uses the multi-criteria analysis to find out the criteria, which should be taken into consideration most during the agreement preparation phase.
