Angulations of the teeth adjacent to the edentulous area are critical because of various factors. In cases of the FPD abutment teeth is supporting tooth. Upright tooth is preferred for better prognosis. In implant placement, sufficient bone must be there to place implant. Uprigation of the adjacent teeth is required for better implant angulation.
