Summary:Missing mandibular anterior tooth is one of the most commonly missing teeth in the arch. The replacement of the missing tooth can be done by various techniques. Removable partial denture, fixed partial prosthesis, or prosthetic implants is widely preferred. Angulations of the teeth adjacent to the edentulous area are critical because of various factors. In cases of the FPD abutment teeth is supporting tooth. Upright tooth is preferred for better prognosis. In implant placement, sufficient bone must be there to place implant. Uprigation of the adjacent teeth is required for better implant angulation. Here, we have used innovative approach to upright mandibular anterior tooth in minimum time possible.
