Summary: | The objectives of this research is to find out these following maters: the influence of perception external organizational support toward perception internal organizational support, the influence of perception external organizational support toward employee commitments, the influence of perception internal organizational support toward employee commitments, the influence of employee commitments toward companies success, the influence of perception external organizational support toward companies success, and the influence of perception internal organizational support toward companies success. This research uses survey and questioners as the tools in collecting data. The data were obtained from 156 consumer of 39 bank in East Java. Data analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 4.0 program. The results of the research showed the following results: perception external organizational support has positive and significant effect on perception internal organizational support, perception external organizational support has positive and significant effect on employee commitments, perception internal organizational support has positive and significant effect on employee commitments, employee commitments has positive and significant effect on companies success, perception external organizational support has no significant effect on companies success, and perception internal organizational support has no significant effect on companies success of Banking business especially in East Java. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi eksternal terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi internal, pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi eksternal terhadap komitmen karyawan, pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi internal terhadap komitmen karyawan, pengaruh komitmen karyawan terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan, pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi eksternal terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan, dan pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi internal terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah sampel penelitiannya adalah 156 nasabah dari 39 bank di wilayah provinsi Jawa Timur. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program AMOS 4.0. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi internal, persepsi dukungan organisasi eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, persepsi dukungan organisasi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan, komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan, persepsi dukungan organisasi eksternal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan, dan persepsi dukungan organisasi internal tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan perusahaan.
