In order to achieve the objectives, a semi-structured interview script was applied with five women who have already served their sentences, now living in freedom, and who are assisted by the CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center) in the city of Criciúma. In this way it was possible to identify that some women suffered discrimination due to being ex-presidents, corroborated by living in neighborhoods with a high crime rate. And it was still identified that their punitive experiences during the time of detention did not prepare them to return to society. With this, it is concluded that the lack of resocialization programs for the return to social coexistence and re-entry into the labor market make it difficult for these women to reintegrate into society. It is suggested that a new research be conducted with a larger group of participants and also with their families, for a better understanding of the subject.https://seer.imed.edu.br/index.php/revistapsico/article/view/2499mulherestrabalhodiscriminação social |
