Summary: | In the present paper the authors analyzes the knowledge process and labor conditions in the teaching work of the graduates students of the Bachelor of education offered by the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez. Through the qualitative method the authors provide testimonies of the novels teachers in theirs first work. The search offer a perspective of the trajectories of this teachers in the basic educational system in Juarez city, Chih., observed laboral precarious conditions of teachers careers in university preparation, in effect, exist incidence the discords elements in their certification, qualification and development in relation with the graduates students of Escuelas Normales. |
