In this study, the NSSI are related to family affective bonds, for this reason, the aim of this work is to identify the possible relationship between family affective ties and the action of adopting non-suicidal self-injury behaviors in adolescent women between the ages of 11 and 14. The instruments used are Self-harm Questionnaire (SHQ-E), Self-injurious Thoughts and Behaviors Interview (SITBI), Parent-Peer Attachment Inventory (IPPA) and semi-structured interview. The results show that there is no significant statistical relationship between the two variables, however, it is possible to identify the methods used and levels of parental attachment. It is proposed that future research be carried out to provide more information on affective factors related to non-suicidal self-injury behaviors in adolescentshttps://revistas.unbosque.edu.co/index.php/CHP/article/view/2977non-suicidal self-injuryadolescentstiesaffectionfamilyattachment
