V Marusyk0Міжнародний інститут освіти, культури та зв’язків з діаспорою Національного університету «Львівська політехніка»This paper examines the formation of contemporary migration flows to Europe, factors and characteristics of ambiguous perception of the process by the local population, particularly in the context of crisis tendencies at the beginning of XXI century. The key features of the new far-right parties, the fundamental differences between the ruling parties of totalitarian regimes and neo-Nazi or neo-fascist organizations, the problems of their positioning in the realities of the European integration process and the use of anti-immigration rhetoric are distinguished. The peculiarities of electoral success at the national and European level, the reasons of differences in results at these levels are defined. The differences of electoral systems and the impact of new voting behavior in elections to the legislatures of various levels are analyzed. The author highlighted the trends of mitigation of anti-immigration rhetoric of the far-right and the spread of this theme among less radical parties. A special attention is also drawn to the referendum in Switzerland, as an example of the majority of voters’ support of immigration restrictions. The analysis is made of electoral processes in recent years, which have become increasingly linked and actively respond to general European crisis. Through the prism of this crisis the anti-immigration position is one of the brightest, but it’s no longer self-sufficient problem of European integration processes.https://grani.org.ua/index.php/journal/article/view/771міграціяімміграціяультраправі партіїелекторальні процесиелекторальна поведінкавиборча системаєвроскептицизм |
