Confidence as a condition of collective activity forming

Confidence as a social-philosophic phenomenon, which assists forming and effectiveness of collective activity, has been studied. It is proved that it demonstrates the character of development of social partnership, both at the level of society and at the level of some of its spheres: interpersonal, inter group interaction, which guarantees coordination and firmness of collective activity in the achieving of the goal. Confidence becomes productive social construction of interaction and inappreciation of this factor of interaction leads to the inefficiency of collective activity, to its unpredictability to the risks, to the reduction of identifying process. Basic concepts, which reveal the essence of the notion «confidence», have been analyzed. It is proved that it is exclusively modern term, which has been formed during the whole period of existence of humanity, and at every stage it received new meanings. It is found out that this phenomenon, from the anthropological point of view, remains an important component of collective activity, which performs the role of «glue». That is to say, uniting of individuals in the process of achieving the goal takes place owing to it. It is cleared out that the confidence is manifested in activity, and so it is clear, that its forms, within the frames of activity of personality, individual, become solidarity, empathy, help, cooperation between people, etc. The role of the confidence in providing social capital has been mentioned.
