Summary:The purposes of this research were: 1) to examine the composition and indicators of internal supervision for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers under the Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education under Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, 2) to investigate the current state and desirable condition of internal supervision for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers under the Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education under Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, 3) to develop internal supervision guidelines for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers under the Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education under Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education. The research activities were divided into 3 phases, including phase 1: the study of composition and internal indicators for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers, analyzed and synthesized the composition and internal indicators from relevant papers and research by the examination from 5 experts ; phase 2: A study of current conditions and desirable conditions of internal supervision for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers under Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education. The samples were school administrators and teachers under Khon Kaen Provincial Office of Non-Formal and Informal Education, used the stratified selection method from the target school by determining the sample size of 280 peoples ; phase 3: the development of internal supervision for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers was analyzed the critical need to develop guidelines, examined internal supervision approach from interviewing school administrators and teachers, involved in internal supervision (Best Practice) from 3 schools, create internal supervision guidelines for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers by checking the suitability, the possibility, and usefulness of the guidelines from 5 experts. The research results were found as follows: 1. The composition and internal indicators for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers indicated that there were 5 main aspects: 1) the study on the current condition, problems, and requirements, 2) planning and defining alternatives in follow-up supervision, 3) creating tools and developing methods, 4) the practice of follow-up supervision, 5) evaluation and reporting the results of follow-up supervision. 2. The current state of internal supervision for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers in all five aspects was at the high level. When it was considered in each aspect by ranking the average from high to low level in the first three ranks, it was as follows: planning and defining alternatives in follow-up supervision, evaluation and reporting the results of follow-up supervision, the practice of follow-up supervision. The desirable condition of internal supervision for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers in all five aspects was at the high level. When it was considered in each aspect by ranking the average from high to low level in the first three ranks, it was as follows: planning and defining alternatives in follow-up supervision, evaluation and reporting the results of follow-up supervision, creating tools and developing methods. 3. Internal supervision guidelines for District Non-Formal Education and Informal Education Centers can be summarized as follows: 1. origin and significance, 2. objectives, 3. Composition of guidelines, including 1) the study of current conditions, problems and requirements, 2) planning and defining alternatives in follow-up supervision, 3) creating tools and developing methods, 4) the practice of follow-up supervision, 5) evaluation and reporting the results of follow-up supervision 4. evaluation 5. conditions of success 6. basic education supervision.
