The principles and learning theories of constructivism are reviewed. The components and characteristics of e-learning environment are identified. Two courses, &ldquo;Introduction of Library Science&rdquo; and &ldquo;Information Resources in Business&rdquo;, are given as examples to explain the E-learning contents and activities based on constructivism.
