Summary: | The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of learning with nobar strategy (watch together) kethoprak art to improve the ability of learners in practice of speaking in Javanese language with pronunciation, intonation, and proper expression of students of class VI SD Negeri 2 Taruman Year 2015/2016. This research was conducted in SDN 2 Taruman in semester 1 of academic year 2015/2016 or in August - October 2015 The subject of research is 19 students of Class VI. The method used in this research is a classroom action research method by going through three cycles of action. Each cycle consists of four stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data analysis used in this study using comparative descriptive analysis that is by comparing the value of the initial test results, the first cycle, the second cycle and the third cycle. In the results of research and discussion of the problem the authors write a general description of the location of research, the implementation of research both cycle I, II and cycle III, the results of research cycle I, II and cycle III, and discussion. The result of the development of mastery learning in Cycle I of 56.5%, the second cycle of 66%, 78% the third cycle. From the data analysis conducted in this study obtained a conclusion, learning Java language through the strategy of watching traditional art (ketoprak) can improve students' speaking ability in understanding the meaning of word / sentence in Javanese language.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan strategi nobar (nonton bareng) seni kethoprak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam melakukan praktek berbicara berbahasa Jawa dengan lafal, intonasi, dan ekpresi yang tepat siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Taruman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Taruman dengan Subyek penelitian sebanyak 19 siswa Kelas VI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas melalui tindakan sebanyak tiga siklus.Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu membuat perencanaan, melakukan tindakan, mengadakan pengamatan, dan melakukan refleksi.Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif komparatif yaitu dengan membandingkan nilai hasil tes awal, siklus pertama, siklus kedua dan siklus ketiga. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dipaparkan melalui gambaran umum lokasi penelitian, pelaksanaan penelitian baik siklus I, II dan siklus III, hasil penelitian siklus I, II dan siklus III, dan pembahasan. Hasil perkembangan ketuntasan belajar pada Siklus I 56, 5%, Siklus II 66 %, siklus III 78 %. Dari Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran bahasa Jawa melalui penerapan strategi nonton bareng seni tradisional (ketoprak) meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa dalam memahami makna kata/kalimat dalam bahasa Jawa.
