| Summary: | Since 1985 there were 1896 children from 3 to 14 years old with intra- and extraarticular fracture in our clinic for treatment. The original technique of perfocal compression osteosynthesis by mean of Kirschner’s wire with the thrust platform in combination with the external compressing device. The suggested technique allowed us to reduce the full period of therapy more than twice and to gain only excellent and good anatomic and functional results. |
