In order to properly strenghten the abdominal musculature, and having considered training requirements, as well as preventive ones, it is necessary to completely eliminate exercises which are harmful to the lumbar posture, sport performances and sport achievement. Abdominal muscles strenght development is important in most of the sport disciplines, but we must have scientifical approach on this matter.
