Is analyzing who the results of these evaluations accomplished annually? Which is the return obtained starting from the revindications done in the institutional evaluations? That forms the teacher is it evaluated significantly? Starting from these and of other questions, the text seeks to analyze the importance of the evaluation in the schools, and the same is fundamental starting from the moment that swallows some reflection and possible reformulation of what it is not working well, besides a self-criticism obtained by the own professionals starting from your daily practice.
