Summary: | The various studies about young people show a lot of daily-care disparities, even inequalities in the access to the educational resources and to the services in the daily environment, perceptible through the practices and the behavior of young people. This paper aims to analyze the social practices of the rural young people and the educational policies implemented on a local scale. The accessibility at services and leisure activities depend on the place of residence. The rural areas are characterized by a limited offer, often restricted to some elementary activities, limiting choices proposed to young people. The implementation of the local educational policies is still very limited in the rural spaces, because young people are not enough considered as a carrier resource of development.
