The relevance of the studied problem is due to questions of improving the trends in the innovative development of higher education, since the methodological level of its development does not fully reveal their essence. The analysis of conceptual views on this issue points to many arguments, which indicates a divergence of theoretical positions. The purpose of the article is to study the trends in the innovative development of higher education, the influence of higher education factors and other factors of innovative development in terms of economic growth.
