base and enforced centrally in building the legal
system. Major challenges the power of the
progressives is assured that there is a systemic
problem and structured in building a state of law
paradigm in Indonesia. Therefore, progressive law
can serve as a paradigm in the development and
enforcement of law in Indonesia. |
