The objective of this article is to evaluate the collated date so as to draw conclusions and make recommendations for improvements that will lead to increased trust and support among the various sections of the university, while providing a basis for subsequent research work. Our study is primarily descriptive and quantitative. It is also comparative since it provides opinions that are gathered from a large group of students. For data gathering instruments, we used data from a survey that was applied to the aforementioned group. The core theme of the article examines the difficulties that are experienced using the new technologies at UNED. The ANOVA table, along with Pearson’s Chi-squared, χ2, test, indicate if the F distribution shows significant differences in comparison with the 95% degree of confidence.http://revistas.uned.es/index.php/ried/article/view/9907tecnologías de la información, campus virtuales, redes digitales, plataforma aLF, WebCT, e-learning.
