I will follow the series of criticisms, assessments and recommendations that the European Commission brings to the Agency. It is also important to look at the need of the Union to justify the existence and the relevance of ANI, based on one of the objectives of the MCV. The activity of the Agency is closely monitorized by the European Union, in order to strengthen its position, increase the number of solved cases and the success in the anti-corruption fight.
