Summary:We report the results of study included 877 men who applied for infertility in married. The examination of associated diseases is not identified in 381 (43.4 %) men, revealed: infection of the genitourinary system – 187 (21.3 %), varicocele – 77 (8.8 %), congenital anomalies – 42 (4.8 %), surgical procedures of urethra in anamnesis – 30 (3.4 %), men with bowel and rectal diseases – 26 (3.0 %) men, endocrine pathology – 24 (2.7 %), patients follwing hemodialysis – 22 (2.5 %).
